To help maintain a positive environment, we ask clients to:

Communicate respectfully with all team members and other clients.

Honour scheduled appointments and arrive on time.

Adhere to our policies, including those related to payments and cancellations.

Avoid behaviours that may be disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others.
Examples of Respectful Behaviour
Using polite and considerate language in all interactions.
Being patient and understanding during busy periods or unexpected delays.
Respecting the property and privacy of others within the practice.
Unacceptable Behaviour
To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone, the following behaviours are not tolerated:
Verbal abuse, offensive language, or personal attacks.
Discriminatory behaviour, including racism, homophobia, transphobia, or ableism.
Physical threats, violence, or damage to property.
Attending appointments under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
What Happens if Expectations Are Not Met
If a client’s behaviour is inappropriate:
You will be respectfully informed of the concern and asked to stop the behaviour.
If the behaviour continues, the session may be terminated.
Repeat or severe breaches may result in the discontinuation of services at Blueprint Psychology.
Concerns About Staff Behaviour
If you feel that the behaviour of our staff has not met your expectations or our commitment to professionalism and respect, we encourage you to raise your concerns.
