Hello, I'm Meg
I am passionate about working with individuals across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults. I feel privileged to guide young people through the challenges of growing up, helping them discover their identities and develop resilience, confidence, and happiness. I have always been fascinated by understanding people, their unique stories, and the factors that shape who they are. As a psychologist, I use my curiosity and empathy to help clients identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve greater joy and fulfilment in their lives.

My Story
I completed my Bachelor of Science (Psychology) (Honours) at the Australian National University. In my practice, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play therapy. I have also undergone training in neuroaffirming assessment and therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E). These evidence-based approaches allow clients across the lifespan to understand and manage their thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience.

My approach is fun, engaging, and empathetic. I strive to create a space where people feel safe to be entirely themselves, whether that means being silly or having serious conversations. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling lighter, happier, and more empowered than when they arrived.
