My goal is to support and help empower my clients to most effectively navigate and grow through life’s challenges, using a warm and client-centred approach. My Story

I have completed my studies in Psychology and Education at Macquarie University (2004), Charles Sturt University (2011), Charles Darwin University (2012), and the University of Wollongong (2017).

I have experience working with neurodiverse children, students, and adults in a variety of settings, including private practice, university research, telehealth, and schools. I value working with clients from all walks of life and am genuinely curious about people’s individual stories, what motivates them to grow, and supporting them on their journey. In therapy and assessment, I focus on building rapport with my clients and see open communication about goals as a priority.

I am a mother of adult and teenage children and have worked in education (school and university) and private practice over the last twenty years. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, or travelling.
